*The side curtain airbags deploy from the A Pillars, so nothing can be on top of that...unless you want to remove your airbags...in which case I would call you really dumb.

The curtain bags deploy about an inch, maybe a hair less, from the top of the A-pillar top point...
Being said, if deployed, it may shimmy the pillar cover but not blow it off if mounted properly and securely.
