E92 tire rubbing advice

Hello guys

I'm driving a 2010 e92 335i and I'm starting to randomly have front passenger wheel running on the outer fender liner only when going up a embankment on the passenger side. I noticed it today because it's raining so it made a loud squeaking noise but I'm sure it's been rubbing the entire time.

VMR 710
Front 19x8.5 et35 235/40/19
Rear 19x9.5 et25 255/35/19
dropped on coil overs and m3 control arms. The wheels front wheels are slightly tucked.

Now I suck at this stuff... what are my options?

Raise the front a few threads?
Add some camber? (If that's even possible without a kit)
Get smaller tires next time?

Thanks in advance

Raise the car. Just because it sits low doesn't make it handle any better by usable margin.
Bottomed out suspension movement actually kills grip over bumps.
At least make the top of the tires visible from the side of the car. It should clear then.

The size of your tires are not correct size. You should be running 235/35/19 & 255/30/19 and/or raise the car. Have you measured each corner to make sure their all the same height?

Yeah, I did, the passenger side is slightly lower so maybe I'll left it a few threads.

I the tire size you mentioned will make my ride comfort go down the drain. They already thin enough

Your fronts have more sidewall than the rears lol. I would downsize the front tires to 235/35/19.

For reference, I also have an E92 335 and am running 235/35/19 & 255/35/19. I really like the way it looks with the slightly larger wheel in rear.
