PURE 600 or DAW Stage 2+ (775RS)

Just wanted to get any opinions or thoughts on which of these 2 turbos upgrades?

You're joking, right?

The pure turbos are smaller, but you have a reputable company behind them.

There's your tradeoff.

assume you are chasing 500+ rwhp. either will do it based on what data is out there . Pure is easily the pick for reliability and reputation to date. I haven't seen the DAW produce the 775 rwhp claimed , nor the 850rwhp on thier stage 4s.
In fact Pure 600's I think have made just as much power as any of the DAW turbo setups to date from memory. ie: over 600rwhp.

I recently installed DAW stage 2+ with the upgrade compressor wheel. They spool up incredibly quick. I have mine setup to not have a bunch of low end boost/torque but 3 and 4th gear they pull really hard. They sound great with the VSRF 3.5 catback that I installed with them.

Why wouldn’t you also consider the RB Two/Two Plus turbos? They use genuine MHI housings that have been machined for the bigger wheels, so they don’t rust, use upgraded bearings like the rest, spool incredibly fast, make great power and are reliable. When you bundle the install kit/inlets and also pay cash the parts actually become cheaper than the other options on your list for the same package. Yes, there is a core charge, but Rob refunds it as soon as he receives the old turbos.

Can’t say enough good things about my set of RB Two Plus’s, so yes, I’m biased.

You will have to email or call Rob. Specifically ask about a package deal and cash price. It’s not advertised online, but he mentions it on forums a lot. I got a solid deal on mine.
