European 335 ecu codes MSD 80
I checked today the official bmw asap portal and saw the new ecu code.From the first production of 335i till 03/08 the code of the ecu was MSD80 and from 03/08 and on the part is changed to MSD81.Can anyone confirm the us ecu code?Do european and us cars have the same ecus?

For US cars its the same as far as I know...
Pre 3/08 build - v80 Post 3/08 build - v81

There is no v anywhere.The codes are MSD80 and MSD81 and the ecus are the same part numbers everywhere.BMW parts manager confirmed this info.
