Well Picus, just so you know I've driven the new M3 and have driven my mom's new C63 extensively, and I can tell you that the difference is damn-near negligible (amazingly). I'd go so far as to say that I preferred the Benzes steering and overall usability.

Usability is one thing... I am sure the C63 is an easier car to have as a DD. Don't get me wrong, I am almost positive this will be my favorite AMG. I love the looks and every indication is it drives very well. I'll drive one in the next few weeks and see how it goes.

That's a good idea. You'll be pleasantly surprised when you test drive it. The seats and the exhaust are the first things that will hit you, in a good way.
