Oil leak
Changed oil pan and VCG
Edit: Changed oil pan and put dye in the oil. Definitely a rear main seal leak. Since I'll be pulling the transmission I'm planning on putting new clutch/flywheel since I'm at 140k miles original clutch. I'm looking to get the 335is upgrade clutch and DMFW from FCPeuro. I was wondering what I'd need besides the clutch kit and flywheel. Also theres some play in the shifter, would a short shift kit come with everything I'd need to switch it out? thanks for any input. You should replace the flywheel bolts if it doesn't come in the kit. Also the trans to engine aluminum bolts should be replaced too.
As for the shifter you can replace the bushing or upgrade to a STS kit. |
