Reinstalling SSTT after Program Update

I just had my car updated to a newer program to fix some ipod issues. Before I took it in, I removed my SSTT. I was wondering if its safe to put back in as soon as I get the car back? Or should I wait and let the new program break in a bit?

Put it in and see what happens. A lot of rumors are the SSTT works with it. Experiment. Come back to us with the info.

Possibilities include:
1) It works.
2) It doesn't work.
3) It doesn't work and you engine blows up.

Just had my software upgraded April 7. SSTT is running fine

I realize it will probably work with the software update. However, is there any reason to allow the new program to break in and relearn my driving before I reinstall the SSTT?

Hi baxter,

No problems at all just putting it in. The car will re-adapt anyway so go ahead and pop it back in
