I replaced all 6 injectors with index 12. The injector 1 seems to be seeping gas. The fuel line has been tightened down so I really don't know what is causing this. Any suggestions?

I can't really tell anything by that picture, but my first step would be to wipe everything down and then start it up and see if you can pinpoint exactly where it's leaking.

Well that sounds like a warranty issue. Can you get a replacement?

Why do you think is the injector? I either mis installment, like fuel line isn't align correctly or debries, or the line itself is damaged.

The second picture he provided points to a leak in the lower threaded portion of the injector itself, not the upper threads that connect to the fuel rail.

Have you tried tightening those threads? I have no idea what the torque spec is on them, but I imagine it's higher than the fuel rail spec.

I've tried. The injector it self seems busted. The only one leaking.

Bummer. If I was sure it was leaking from the injector itself and I had no warranty recourse, I would unscrew that problematic fuel fitting and try coating the threads with JB Weld before torquing it back down. I haven't tried that before and maybe it's a stupid idea, but I'd give it a shot and closely monitor it for a little while.

That is going to be first! These might be those refurbished units then. I would try taking it apart and using something like Permatex 59235 or other sealant.

Ah yes, that Permatex stuff sounds like the right choice for the job!
