Advice sought: Android HU with Logic7

I have a 2008 E92 with Logic7. I'd like to replace the head unit with an Android unit and use the Logic7 amp.

The HU manufacturers (Eonon etc) state this is not supported but I am hoping this is possible using an add on MOST adapter like the one sold by Avin.

Anyone done this? Any issues?

There aren't any last time I looked .
The only compatible head unit to logic 7 is the Dynavin N6
with the Dynvin adapter for L7.

All the most adapters I have seen go the other way turning
Most to analog.

Guess its new.
I believe the dynavin adapter is only stereo to.
No fader might be and issue.

This is the kind of adapter I was referring to. It converts two RCA channels into the MOST signal:

You do lose the ability to fade front to rear as they are split from the two channel inputs.

I might just go ahead and buy one and give it a shot. "How hard can it be" :-)

They tell you right on the web sight you loose the fader.
It doesn't look that hard tell us how it goes.

I have ordered the Avin adapter, that was the one I had planned on. I'm not thrilled with their "no return" policy, not a great endorsement of the product from the supplier but I've rolled the dice on bigger purchases. I think both the Avin unit and the ebay item are the same and sourced from China - there's an identical item on Alibaba.

Also on the way is an Eonon GA8165, and a rear view camera via Amazon.

This should keep me busy for a while, but have to finish the bathroom remodel project first... Time to get busy!

I'll post my results and/or stupid questions if needed :-)
