Metal Clip Dropped into Side Marker Hole

Hi all!

I recently acquired a 2006 325i and I am just in the process of refreshing everything mechanically and cosmetically. Yesterday I was installing new side markers and the metal spring clip from one of them fell off into the hole...any way to access this area to fish it out?

Pull the wheel liner out. Or at least undo a few of the fasteners to bend it away.

You have to throw the whole car in the garbage now
