335D injectors in 330D (M57)
Good time of the day everyone!
I have 2 leaking injectors in my E91 330xD. Because of that it now starts and dies almost immediately. Now I wonder, if the injectors from same engine family 335D would fit without modifying anything? I'm thinking of swapping HPFP from it too. I have an access to parts of a wrecked 335D for reasonable price. So any (experienced) opinion and knowledge will be appreciated! For now my wagon has some basic minor mods - ceramic clutch, stiffer upgraded flywheel, 3.5inch decat downpipe, dual resonated exhaust, egr and swirl out, remapped to 295bhp. My plans for the future (if injectors will fit) - hybrid turbo, R90 FP, and hopefully 400hp. TIA. |

Have you checked realoem.com to see if they are the same part number in both engines. If they’re not the same part number I would speculate they likely won’t work...

There's many sources that state controversial info. Plus, I think they couldn't be same P#, because they have higher flow, which is main reason I want to swap them in.

Check part numbers. If they're the same, clearly they'll work. I seem to recall people running 335d injectors as an upgrade...but also I think the 330d came with the same injectors for certain model years.
