Im currently in process of putting together my 2007 335.

I have stage 2+ vargas turbos
2 inch inlets
downpipes
cp with bov

I haven't had an n54 car since 2010 and a lot of stuff has changed. I was looking at fuel its new 650hp pump. But how does it really run? I see the hobbs switch, but what is that wired to? I was planning on running MHD with a custom tune. or is there a better option for fuel. As of right now we do have e85 available but I will most likely run a 93 tune. I would say my power goals are around 600whp with the auto transmission I m not sure how much more I can go.

I’ve been looking, would Vargas bucketless set up work fine?

Honestly you're better off to hit up N54tech.com for some better answer.

But to answer your 600 whp youll need more than just a upgrade LPFP. You'll need either an upgrade HPFP (overdrive/***********) Port injection or meth injection plus running some type of E85 mix.
