Phatnoise - Updates? Help get music off if nothing else...

I've got an old Phatnoise Music Box from a Passat I had a few years ago. I note that the general consensus last year was that it wouldn't work, but some indicated blitzsafe was working on an adapter - anyone know if it ever came around?

Regardless of that, here is my predicament - I was robbed a few years ago and they took every piece of electronic equipment and media I owned - including the cradle for the phatbox. The DMS cartridge was in my car and has about 1/2 of the CDs I used to own on it... I would love to figure out a way to get that music off of the DMS and on to my computer... any help? Long story short but my insurance company crapped on me and I now own 3 CDs to my name... much less than the 150+ collection I had.

I would appreciate any and all help - I just want to get the music from the DMS drive to my pc, and can't find a cradle for sale anywhere. I'd give this thing to someone if they would just get my music off of it and to me.

Thanks - I couldn't find one the other day. I actually took it apart and connected the HD to my PC w/ an IDE type cable... it's just a regular 2.5" drive, so it worked.

Now I'm on to what to do with the system/box
