HELP misfire codes 29cd 29d9 09 335i

hi guys wondering if anyone can help or has any advice, my 09 335i keeps throwing these codes:
29cd combustion misfire, cylynder 1
29d9 misfire at low tank fill level

you can drive the car but only if you just ever so slightly touch the throttle, any more throttle and it goes into limp mode with engine light. In park you can bury the throttle and it revs normally.
Does not run rough at idle. Starts up immediately.

Replaced so far these items:
plugs
coils
injector cyl 1
all new gaskets on engine
hpfp
reflashed latest stock tune on car.
Compression test fine.
Smoke test fine.

Everything was done by a mechanic.
Im pulling my hair out trying to figure what next to do.....

Maybe try replacing the injectors on the whole bank? It’s just a thought, but I have heard that sometimes when the one cylinder is misfiring, you will have to replace the whole bank. I would go with used index 12s if money is an issue. You could pick up 6 used ones on eBay for around $600.

However don’t go with the remanufactured $60 index 12s you see on there, they’re scams.
