Improved oil cooler ducts for E90 LCI

I have a E90 LCI 335i M Sport as a track tool. I've installed a secondary oil cooler with a similar size as the PPK radiator. The fog lights have been removed, but I need some good ducting for the system to work as desired.

There's some threads about changing the stock ducts to ducts from 335is.

Can these easily be modified to also fit the E90 LCI M Sport? Or are there other ways of making some proper ducting for these coolers?

We are talking about the duct that meets the bumper opening, correct?
if so..

When comparing the shape of the m sport bumper on the e90 vs the bumper on the 335is coupe/conv. they are way different. I would expect you to have less trouble installing or having to modify if you go with the m3 ducts instead.

This is just a visual comparison

I'm afraid so.

I saw a thread where someone used the E90 M3 duct on the right side. It wasn't a perfect fit, but function before fashion. Might work with some trimming.

The problem is that the duct on the left hand side is not "inverse" of the right hand side, as it has a triangular outlet for the S65 air intake.

I might try the M3 right side duct and the 335is left side duct and see if it can be modified to work.

The problem with these is that they are too narrow on the outlet side.

You're not going to find a direct replacement. You'll need to modify something

The best thing to do is get the IS ducts and trim the ducts to fit. The m3 ducts don't have brake cooling, they are separate. Here is a project I did awhile back that might help: https://www.e90post.com/forums/showt...highlight=duct
