Yes, don't get eBay junk. I got a glossy pair from eBay but they turn to matte finish after a winter because the finish didn't last. Ended up buying a pair from someone on Kijiji who had them spray painted by a professional body shop in the same color as my car (BSM). Very happy now.

Got gloss black grills for my pre-lci e90 7 years ago from eBay (or Amazon...?) and they still look great!
$50 all in maybe, can't recall.

Ignore the skewed image, and all the bugs/dirt (road trip!), but this pic gives some idea of how it's held up after 7 years. Still glossy, you can zoom in and see reflection.
