the idea itself is not new.. but it looks much closer than ever..
what do you guys think about it?

learning a new language in few mins or specializing on a subject pretty fast..
what drawbacks it ll bring to humanity?

It's Elon... while I think the guy is brilliant, I also think he talks a lot of shit. He was on the Joe Rogan podcast a week or so ago and talked about this there also. Sounds cool, however I don't think we are anywhere near doing any of the cool stuff.

Obviously the first application will be treating people with disorders or damage to the brain etc. Hopefully they can make some progress in that area fairly quickly.
