So, since I do not have PDC, I would just need the rear Bumper cover, and the bottom center guides, and tow cover? Would I need all the bolts and such or would the bolts on my stock bumper work for it as well? My car got hit in a parkinglot last week (already) so I'm trying to figure out what I'd need to get the M-Tech bumper.

The non-PDC front bumper cover is 51 12 8 041 203

I'm not exactly sure if you can recycle the bolts and stuff or not, but they are not that expensive to order ($5 total from Tischer). You definitely need the following to complete the entire setup:
