What is this?

You guys would be shocked how many threads come up when you search for "what is this?"

I fixed my ofhg leak last week and I think i still have a small leak. What's this connection in the yellow box? I've been been looking here and on realoem and I can't find it...could I get a small oil leak from that sensor???
