2010 BMW 335i  [0.00]

First post I was driving my 2010 BMW 335i pretty hard on the highway the other day. Check engine light came on basically lost power and it was shaking pretty hard idling and then put into drive it shakes even harder. A day later it stopped and I haven't had the issue since (havent ran it hard since) only been a couple of days. Any ideas on what it could be? I have about 94000 miles on it

I reset the codes and nothings came up yet
having a little rough idle
1st couple of gears start slow then like catch when accelerating
