'08 E90 M3 DSC to E90 335i 11/06 build date

I have a matching set of M3 (2008)dsc and yaw module I am trying to install on my 11/06 build E90 sedan. I also have the brake booster and diaphragm installed. The dsc was recognized by ista as yellow, now it is red. I added the matching (same donor car) yaw sensor and it went red. I used the same pinout as what came with the unit. the wires are the same color as my factory ones just a different connector. The connector wasn't compatible so i had to pin it out. After that the dsc went from yellow to red. I checked the 3 fuses mentioned in the bmw tech article and they were good. What can I try now? My wife it so upset lol. Thanks for any help!

Hey MILLER335I, were you able to get the Dsc and yaw to be happy in ista?

That is very intriguing. I am currently finishing up a 335xi to 335i swap, with 335i manual trans, and I have concluded I need to swap the rwd dsc module into my car and re-pin its connector.
What made you go with the m3 dcs module? Does it control the stability control differently?

supposedly all the M3 parts are better than the stock ones I had so I had a chance and did it.
