Battery coding question

I changed my battery a few weeks ago from a 70Ah lead acide type to 78Ah lead acid type.

I hooked up Carly and check the battery registration options and the closest options are 70Ah and 80Ah and their support page says to code to the lowest closest setting.

Since the car is already coded to 70Ah I dont need to register a new type so can I just use MHD to reset battery adaptations? Or is it recommended to register a new battery anyway? The old battery lasted over 6 years at least.

Thanks

I would recommend registering the battery, coding is not needed.
