K+Dcan Cable

I have been trying to connect MHD (I've tried both the new Apple app and Android Versions) and in both cases MHD will not recognize the connection.

Am I correct in assuming the cable is junk?

Depending on where that cable came from, your assumption could be valid.

I have also seen the otg cable to be defective, I once replaced just that...

I have two otg cables one for the Apple device and one for Android.
