Revert to Factory via BG ProTool?

Hey guys, have had a chronic "torque converter" issue for a long time now. Transmission/torque converter have been replaced and car behaves exactly the same. Looking to revert the car to factory software to rule software issues out as the car has both transmission and motor tunes. Can anyone lead me in the right direction as to how I can wipe the car clean in that sense via BimmerGeeks ProTool ? Thanks.

Are you currently running xHP, or some other transmission tune?

Yeah we've tried uninstalling it, but only makes the symptoms worse.

I'm not sure about ProTools, but we can reset everything with BMW Standard Tools.
