I painted mine a year ago with plasti-dip with no chips. You could find it at your local home depot. I have pics but I don't know how to post them

use the "manage attachment" option...very straightforward even if u never used it before...

I think not painting the outer rings on the kidney grills gives the grills a more aggressive look because of the larger opening look. Both I could live with .....
