Who cares if it's Tesla powered? I want an original 911. |

FWIW, as noted in the listing, it was originally a 912.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porsche_912 Still a classic Porsche of course, but one that is not nearly as desirable as a 911 in factory guise. |

Believe this is one of EV West's builds. The chassis is unmodified and can be returned to original if desired (bolt-in conversion)

I want to see a Porsche Taycan turned into a gasoline powered car instead.
Wait I think they already built one it's called a Panamera. |

There is a guy here in SoCal who has a 912 converted to electric. I’ve talked to him at a cars and coffee before and he specifically did it because it was a 912 and the donor vehicle was in bad shape. Also at the time he bought it the 912 was worth less than a VW Beetle.

I had a friend with a 912. He bought it right before 911 prices started booming, bringing 912 prices with them.
He hated that car. Horribly underpowered and not remotely fun enough in the corners to make up for the lack of power. Unreliable and uncomfortable as well. But prices were rising so he felt like he couldn’t sell it so he’d hatefully drive it to work every day and talk about how he never should’ve sold his E30..... |
