The tires and certs came to $884 from Discount Tire, I should clarify I only used them from November 2018 - April 2019 (they were my winter set), then barely this winter because of COVID same thing, around November 2019 to April 2020, likely few thousand miles total...what do you think would be a fairer price?

The wheels came with my car originally, 17" light alloy star-spoke wheels style 339 and are included with this.
