Limp mode at WOT after downpipes and mhd stage 2+

Hello I have a 2008 bmw 335i n54 downpipes, 5in fmic, charge pipe, dci, ehaust delete xhp trans tune and mhd stage 2+ flash tune.

Recently I've been going into limp mode after a long WOT around 6 seconds. Codes are

30FE - turbocharger charge-air too high
3100 - boost pressure control deactivation

I'm not sure what is causing the limp mode would anyone have an idea?
My guess is maybe the flash tune "stage 2+" cant handle the other mods? Maybe I need a custom tune?
It started going into limp mode after downpipes and stage 2+ upgrade.
Other thoughts maybe my map sensor or boost solenoids?

Need logs to really see what is going on.
What are your IAT's during WOT?

Nothing stood out but if you are not using Flex Fuel drop the Ethanol content and ECA voltage from your logs and add RPM, and timing on all cylinders.

Limp mode (3100) is because of the over boost (30FE) either go with lower tune or look into changing the boost pressure sensor

It keeps overboosting no matter what tune im on. Stock 8 psi or stage 2+ 18 psi ill still overboost and hit limp mode. Probably the boost solenoid right?

No. Could be the boost pressure sensor on the manifold or the wastegates too

How do you know which is causing the overboosting?

Do you have any advice on how to go about diagnosing overboosting issue, seems to be quite a few threads about it.

Process of elimination. Of course there threads about. Is to be expected. These cars are over decade old. Parts fail.

I get that, what I mean is what is more likely boost solenoids, pressure sensor or wastegates?

Which would you tackle first?

Does high wgdc indicate it could be the wastegates causing the problem?

Underboost and Overboost codes are hard to diagnose, feuer is right (process of elimination)
I would start with the cheapest and easiest.
-Clean the sensor
-Replace the sensor if damaged
-Replace boost solenoids
-Wastegates........

Pressure sensor on the manifold is mostly for vacuum not for boost.

Correct
The one on the Charge Pipe though measures boost pre-manifold.
Would be worth cleaning both since you are already there
