How do i take off this coupler?!?

Coupler going into passenger side of intercooler. No releases, and clamp wont come loose off the pipe. Do i just pull until i break something?

You have to cut the clamp. If you can find the joint you can pry it apart. If the joint is not accessible you will have to cut the clamp.
