Dinans soaking everyone
This post has changed in the last few months. All I read is Dinan posts and Im jus picturing the cash there making. I know the other manufacturers are as well, but 2k a flash? Isnt it kinda borin gettin the Dinan flash? New piggybacks and all kinds of bolt-ons are available and I think it makes modding a car fun and leaves
some anticipation of what is coming out next. I love these tuner wars because the competitiveness of this business allows for constant product development. I like Dinan but they bore me, thats all. Its like they dont have to compete with anyone cuz they give u a damn badge after spending 10k. Theyve made a name for themselves and there using it to soak everyone. And I know we shouldnt care anyways cuz we all drive 50000 dollar cars, but did anyone here find there stuff a little overpriced. Did anyone spend 10gs and jus because it was Dinan and didnt really care how good it was? Who has the badge?

Dinan pricing is a tad bit on the ridiculous side. Always has been and always will.
Its all personal preference. I currently have the SSTT on my car, and am going to be calling my Dinan dealer ASAP to get the newly released stage 1 flash. 366hp and 379ft-lbs, no speed limiter and still having my warranty on my "50,000" car makes me most comfortable. TO me $1500 is fine for that. The speed limiter defeat is a big thing in my mind as my xi is limited to 130. Not to mention as much as i love modding, i love my brand new car and wish to keep my warranty safe and sound. I have my 98 M3 to go ape shit with mods on. |

I have one on my E92 335. And one on my E46 328i.
