To the smart ass douches, instead of being assholes, all you have to do is answer the mans question. Obviously, he knows how to use the internet. A forum is a great place to learn new things, whether it be by reading, or asking a direct question. Excuse the man for utilizing a forum.

Cid00x, thank you!
I joined this forum to find out more about my 335 and be able to ask questions I couldn't find answers to, having searched the web. If I can't find answers via google or searching this and the other forums I can tell you one thing, THERE'S NO WAY I'd ask a question on here! There could be a thread from 6 years ago deep within a forum topic I missed and I would be chastised by "high ranking forum members." From what I've seen here, you must find out everything on your own, this forum is just to yell as "newbee's." "Dude you want to go out tonight? no way man, I'm a high ranking member on a BMW forum and I need to be on patrol for new people that ask questions in the incorrect format." |

"The BMW designation LCI stands for Life Cycle Impulse. It is a term developed by BMW that represents the mid-cycle updates it gives certain models. A poplar misconception among the BMW community is that an LCI is just a cometic "facelift" to the vehicle – this is simply not true. An LCI may also include new power and drivetrains, as well as enhanced paint, wheels and interior color options. There is no common template BMW uses for an LCI; they all differ from model to model. There is also no set time frame for BMW LCIs, although they seem to come around the three to four year mark during a model's life cycle."
