Anyone ever used mini cat o2 spacers?

We had a MB CLA350 at the shop for down pipes and a tune. Got everything in and within a few days he threw a CEL. Told the customer it would probably happen. In looking around for spacers I came across mini cat o2 spacers. We installed them and haven't heard back from him so they may actually work. Here's a link to what they are. Wanted to know if anyone's tried them on an n54 and if they'll solve the CEL problem when running catless dp's
