I was booked for a Stg 3 upgrade until the requirement for Dinan OC was published. After further review of the less than stellar numbers Dinan is posting for the stage 3 mod (flash+IC+Dinan OC) I'm not inclined to go this route.

I'll wait till Glenn comes to Calgary for his Stg 3 install. Perhaps he'll take me for a ride and that might change my mind (none of us know what the power / torque curves look like - there could be a significant improvement over Stg 2).

That being said, I'll likely have the Dinan FMIC installed, then do a secondary cat delete back to my Dinan "free flow" exhaust.

The cat-delete might make a better investment. It sure would liven up the sound of our cars. I kinda wish the exhaust was a little louder but then you need to worry about the drone.

I still think adding the FMIC w/o the stg III software is a good investment in car life.

Depends if you are still thinkin' M3 Jim. The price is stoopid. Not gonna sell many M3 in Canada. Especially in winter provinces. Save it for rich kids whose parents drive them in winter.
