I am ordering from CG and was wondering which one I should get- SpeedWipe or Synthetic Detailer- I used to use meguiars quick detailer and like it but want something better. Let me know what your favorite is and why.

Also- is the 50/50 wax a decent wax that has a good lifespan? I use Souveran right now and want something more durable.

Speed wipe, FTW!

And Souveran has the title of having some of the shortest life. 50/50 is great stuff for the dollar! AS is Pete's 53!

for Quick Detail...Speedwipe FTW for Clay lube SQD...also i have some 50/50; my car was still beading decent after about 4 weeks and getting REALLY dirty. Its def. time for another coat, which i will be doing this weekend .

*For a maintenance wash just spray it on the car when it is wet and as you dry buff it in.

*For a full detail use it when you are completely done applying all sealants, and wax's. When you are buffing products on and off the paint you are encountering friction therefore causing static energy. If left alone you car will attract dust, pollen, and all other airborne particles. If you finish with SpeedWipe it will greatly reduce the static energy you have created because of the products "anti-static" property therefore reducing the accumulation of airborne particles.

CG SQD is not a great QD, but is a amazing clay lube. CG Luber tends to leave the surface soapy and hints you to follow up with another wash. CG SQD wipes off clean (although sometimes leaving streaks) and is ready to be followed by a polish, seal, or wax depending on your procedure.

Lastly CG 50/50 wax is a great choice. It provides a great shine, long enough protection, and a great value. I have yet to find a wax in its price range that competes.

Thanks guys, I will order a gallon of speedwipe and try it out along with the rest of my order. Montego Blue shows the dirt much more than my silver e90 - but the blue on the e92 is to die for

anytime a QD streaks, try mixing water with it. It streaks when product flashes too quickly, which is why many products streak in the rain, adding water makes it flash slower.
