Microsoft Edge
Upgrading the old and busted Microsoft Edge to the new and improved Microsoft Edge on some student laptops when this happened.
So, the new and improved Microsoft Edge is not designed to run on Windows??? At least they're honest about it.

You can uninstall the new one. Not sure about the old and busted one.

I tried. Im running windows 10 version 1909, and there is no way to remove it in the Microsoft features or uninstall it.

My system installed the new and improved Chrome - er, I mean Edge - a couple of days ago.
I'm running 1909 Pro
