Process of elimination for this one unfortunately. Start with the speed sensor which is the rear right - if that isolates your issue. Look into the steering angle sensor (why I asked if the error comes on when you turn a certain way) then go from there. It does look similar to my hub problem but generally when you get an error on these areas it usually triggers other errors even though only one of them may be the cause.
You might want to get your mechanic to run his check on the codes as well as it might narrow down what the true fault is. But the car is lowered and the rear looks like it is sagging to far where the wheels are goin under the rear bar already. It will be going to mechanic on monday so ill have him take a look at the code and if its the sensor ill have him replace it. As i don't know too much about touching vehicles hands on. When i do drive tho turning the wheel left or right my steering wheel squeaks when turning it. So i do feel like it might be steering wheel issue and also it seems WAY more heavier then it should be but i've checked fluids for power steering and its good. Hopefully it's nothing too bad - A speed sensor is like 130 bucks to replace and the steering angle sensor is cheaper I think - Most of the cost with a lot of these replacements is actually in the labor. It's worth giving it a go if you can before you jump straight to the mechanic.

Check you owners manual
Error is because you are over inflanting the tires The recommended pressure is 33 - 35 psi Last edited by Socket; 07-17-2020 at 11:57 PM.. |

Also here is some info from Peter Y (another forum member) on tuning options for the N52 engine
The N52 is the last ever straight 6 naturally aspirated BMW engine before the turbo age. There isn't much you can do to get gains out of the N52, short on installing a supercharger or turbo ($7K - $10K) in which case it would be cheaper to sell the car and buy a 335i In terms of tunes JB4 and MHD is not available for the N52 engine There is one tune (AA tune from Active Autowerks in the US) It only delivers and extra 10 Kw but improves power delivery and reduces throttle lag Getting rid of the primary and secondary cats will help the car breath better but once again wont increase power significantly and will make your car unroadworthy. Take it to an exhaust shop and get them to replace your cats with straight pipes if you want to do this If you plan on modding the car, wont get much from engine mods/tunes but you can improve suspension and handling, with new coilover etc Hope this helps |

30-35psi? The tires are really low profile and the tire itself recommends 50psi, I'll try drop then to 35psi and see how I go.
Tbh I'm not looking for any performance in the car otherwise I would ba e gotten a 335i as you said. I was looking at blistine adjustable with H&R springs. Atm last owner has non adjustable blistine with king springs. Ride feels terrible goin over bumps etc lol. Rear looks like it sagging too much hopefully the springs are cut. It was installed 4months ago. |

A decent set of coilovers would be a better option then shocks and springs Dont have to worry about if the shocks and springs are designed to work together and provides greater flexibility in being able to adjust the ride height and suspension parameters. I was a shocks and springs guy before getting my Kw coilovers, now I would not go back |

ill be putting pressure down this weekend to about 36 once i take the car out. Just recently got a few parts in hopefully to install this weekend. - CSL CF TRUNK - CF Side mirrors - LUX v7 LEDS. Hoping to also try and clean the ABS sensors while installing the LUX LEDS. |
