Moving to Nashville, Anyone Open to Network?
Hi Everyone,
Taking a shot in the dark here, but thought I'd see if anyone here in the Nashville area might be open to networking. My Fiancee just landed an amazing job in Nashville and we've made the decision to move out there from Washington DC the first week of September. I work in healthcare, specifically with Ambulatory Surgery Center development, strategy, and M&A. Since Nashville is practically the silicon valley of healthcare, this this is also an excellent and exciting opportunity for me. I'm hoping some of you may be willing to connect and provide some insights on the market, leads on opportunities, and even discuss the BMW community in the area. Also, if you're from Nashville or visit the city often, let me know your favorite spots! Thank you in advance, Sail Boat |

I'm actually born/raised in Nashville, but sadly haven't lived there in about 9 years. What part of the city are you moving to? I was from the southside in Brentwood/Franklin area.
I've got tons of friends there and there's a massive car community. One of my best friends just picked up an E92 335i 6spd to turn into a fun monster. Another friend of ours owns a BMW Specialist shop: @kennedyperformancecenter . You'll love the area, very different from D.C.

I live about 2 hours from Nashville. I don't get that way often anymore due to work load and long hours. The music scene in Nashville is great! Make sure you check out The Cannery. If you're into Brazilian steak houses, there is a great one called Rodizio on 2nd Ave.
Nashville used to be part of my market when I was regional supervisor for AT&T. The store in Brentwood, West End and Bellevue were mine. Used to spend Tues, Wed and Thur there for years. Congrats and welcome to TN! |

Wish I could contribute, but only "lived" there for a week, couple of decades ago. From what I hear it's grown a lot! One of the top places to visit for young adults from my home state. Good luck and I think it should be a change for good in comparison to DC.

Agree, I've been in DC for half of my life and a change of scenery is more than welcome.

Definitely give Kennedy Performance Center a call, ask for the owner Patrick. He's an awesome guy and can take care of you.
