MHD Not clearing codes

Just installed stage 2 + on my 2011 335i. I am also full bolt on. The service engine light keeps coming on. Isn’t MHD supposed to auto clear the check light? Or am I missing something.

Can you go through your MHD installation process? Also, what codes are you reading?

Installation I just followed MHD app. Clicked on flash MHD map. Then click on stage 2 plus, followed by install. Took about 10 minutes and said complete. As far as codes, the only thing I’m getting is 299A and 299E ( outside temp sensor ). It broke when I took my bumper off. But when my jb4 was on, I got zero codes, ever. I thought MHD autocleared.
