68k miles when taken out. In great condition without any tears.
Doesn't comes with steering controls, trim, and airbag. Bare steering wheel.

No. There is very little possibility that you will find an air bag for $150 let alone to be attached to the steering wheel.

Have you seen the prices of non sport airbags on ebay? You definitely won't find one for at least under $250 (if you're lucky)
