Hey guys, recently I've been having an issue where I'll be cruising for about 30 min of normal driving (no pulls) and I'll get a half check engine light. Whenever I stop and turn the car off it clears itself. So two days ago it happened and I cleared all codes and today it happened again and here are the codes I pulled, also none of these codes throw CEL. The only one I could see doing this would be the vanos code ? Also all maintenance is done except for lpfp (have one on the way), HPFP, and injectors. Thanks !

Take out exhaust vanos solenoid and clean it with brake clean. While youre at it, swap the 2 solenoids so if the code comes back you can see if it follows the solenoid or not.

If it doesnt follow the solenoids, check to see if cage on the oil filter housing cap is still intact. Could also be the vanos non return valves could be dirty and clogged & causing the code

Will do, I'll update once it's done and it's been a few days of driving

Alright so it was fine for awhile but I hadn't been doing any long drives, but today after about 30 min of driving (mostly 60+mph) it went into limp. I turned the car off while still driving and then turned it back on, was fine for a few miles then happened again. This time I pulled over to let it sit for a few minutes, and then cleared all codes because I had to be somewhere and didn't have time to read them. So any guesses anyone? Car runs great and pulls hard, kind of at a loss.

What's your mileage ?

I hope it is not the Eccentric Shaft Actuator/Motor (ESA or ESM)...

Are you getting any message on your car now?

Mileage is 120, not getting any codes currently. I cleared them a few days ago and did a 45 min drive today and nothing..seems very temperamental.
