Part number required for Rear axle Toe Arm - Local BMW dealer doesn't know.

Hi All,

I have a Pre-LCI 2008 330D E92 and the rear toe arm bolts have seized so cannot get my wheel alignment done.

I was advised to either buy new toe arms or the toe arm bushings as the seized bolts will most-likely snap when attempted to be loosened, but I have a feeling the bushing is integrated in the toe arm itself hence the whole arm will need to be changed.

I have this below link from realoem, and I think it is part 19 (33322409890) however I need someone to confirm this is the toe arm or not?

https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=33_1230

Thanks a lot guys.

Thanks for the advice.

I had took my car to a wheel tracking garage, and they applied heat, penetrant and still weren't able to open the bolt.

I might recommend them a tip which I saw on Youtube yesterday (not sure if anyone else is aware of this method)...which is to basically loosen the nut on the other side of the bolt a good couple of turns so that it goes back about 5-10mm, then hit the end of the bolt (nut side) with a hammer to crack the rust bond and force the bolt out by 5-10mm.

This way, rather than keep applying force on the bolt head and risk either snapping the head off the bolt or a rounded bolt head, the job can be done it much less time and hassle?

I hope this method works as it should be good enough to crack the rust bond

I would go with Lemforder. It should be OE and the same as the BMW part but significantly cheaper.

Another question if you wouldn't mind please...

When a garage adjusts the rear toe arm, which bolt do they loosen to make the adjustment? Is it bolt number 16 or 15 or both of them?

Many thanks.

By adjust, I mean making an adjustment for the wheel tracking/alignment...
