Looking for a set of style 189's in good condition ASAP!

* w/ tires, preferably no more than 5k miles, at most 10k miles
* ideally in perfect condition, but minor minor rash or pebbles ok
* don't need TPMS
* preferably local in socal

My budget is up to $1000, maaaaybe $1100. I know there are a bunch of recent posts for $1500 sets but that's out of my budget and I'm willing to accept higher milleage and no TPMS.
