Filing a claim with Paragon Motor Club?

Has anyone purchased Road Hazard warranty from Paragon Motor Club for their E9x with runflats?

More specifically, has anyone filed a claim to have tires/wheels replaced?

I was just wondering what your experiences are with them and if it was hassle-free.

Please comment if you have had any experience with them (good or bad).

Search, there are quite a few threads on the topic. I filed my first claim with them 2 weeks ago, should have something back shortly.
