Slight rattle and vibration in wheel when ac is on

I was sitting in the drive through yesterday with ac on its coldest setting and slowest fan speed, my friend goes to turn up the temp and all of the sudden I start to hear a slight rattle (sounds like a loose bolt?). I searched around but didn't really find a definitive answer, and I can't pinpoint exactly where the sound is coming from but it is definitely on the driver side. Noise and vibration goes away when ac is turned off.

This site says I need Freon but ac blows cold, any ideas ?

Sometimes my blower fan rattles when the car is super hot on the passenger side. I've seen people state that you have to lube the center bolt on the fan. Not sure about drivers side.
When my radiator fan comes on the car shakes. Make sure it isn't that.

It's definitely not, I got under the car and the noise is coming from the ac compressor, I just bought a can of Freon to make sure it wasn't low. Not sure what it could be but the vibration is very strong underneath the car, you can feel it through the power steering lines as well. I can feel it in the steering wheel and brake when it's happening.
