Stuttering on acceleration...again

2007 335I: I have had a return of stuttering on light acceleration recently. I have done walnut blast, plugs and coils in last 15000 miles and put in index 12 injectors 2 years ago. It has been fine for last 2 years, now it is doing it again. It is exactly the same symptoms as before I replaced the injectors which solved the problem. No codes. Could this be injectors again? I thought index 12 were good to go. Thanks.
