Started first happening 2 weeks ago intermittently. Sometimes it does it sometimes it doesn't. I think in warm weather it doesn't do it because recently here in Ontario its starting to get chilly and its doing it more often now. Usually happens in low rpms from 1 to 3rd gear and follows with rpms. Happens more when decelerating rather then accelerating. I put the car into neutral while decelerating from 3rd gear to see if the noise would persist when not in gear and the noise suddenly goes away. To help explain the noise better it literally sounds like a chirping cricket or almost a squeal. Definitely not any belts or engine pulleys because you cant even hear the noise from the top of the engine bay. Is most emphasized from the underneath of the car under the front seats just behind the motor. Could this be drivetrain joint or tranny? Taking the car for a dealer inspection this week since they have a deal now $59.95 for 55 point inspection and a bonus 1 year roadside assistance package.
