Side mirror tilts by itself when driving

I have an e93 manual transmision.
We all know that whenever we get in reverse the passenger side mirror automatically tilts down when the panel is switched on to the left.
after I put the gear back on neutral it should go back to the standart position but instead of that it tilts all the way up and shows the sky
what I also noticed is when I am driving along, at any moment both of my side mirrors change positions by itself (like one time on the motorway I almost had an accident by not seeing the car right behind me because of my right side mirror beeing tilted all the way down to show my wheels.)
any one can help me to solve this problem?

Does it do it when switch is at right?
Its also key specific so you have to adjust "go back after tilt down" position for each key.. I had this problem with new key and was like what the hell..

I always keep the panel switched to the left, never to the right.
when its switched to the right, the mirror doesnt tilt down so it hasnt to do with that.
I think it is a mechanic problem, something is damaged inside or something wrong with the memory seats?
like why the hell would your mirror rotate itself when driving?
+ what do you mean with 'key specific'?

Each key has its own mirror memory for that driver.. So one key will have a mirror set that is difference from the next.. If issue is resolved with switch to right keep it there and learn to park and back up.. Thus is one of the most useless and unsafe feature BMW has.

Search this forum for ghost mirror. Likely you need to clean the connector pins and add some dielectric grease for protection.
