Talking *NEW* Injen X-Pedal Pro Black Now Available!

Following up on our highly successful Injen X-Pedal Pro throttle response controller, Injen is proud to announce the release of our latest version – the Injen X-Pedal Pro Black Edition. The Injen Technology X-Pedal Pro Black Edition is the next step in customizable throttle response controllers. Quickly and easily tune out the delayed throttle response from the factory with Injen’s X-Pedal Pro Black Edition for a completely new driving experience. You’ll be amazed how different your vehicle feels after this quick and simple install!

Modern vehicles are infamous for a sluggish and delayed throttle response feel directly from the factory. You’ll recognize this built-in delay when trying to accelerate to pass another vehicle or merging into traffic. Injen Technology’s X-Pedal Pro Black Edition allows you to adjust the pedal feel and ultimately the throttle response of your vehicle directly on the fly.

The X-Pedal Pro Black Edition is a plug-in module that requires less than 5 minutes to install and delivers immediate, customized performance for your vehicle. Specifically, the X-Pedal Pro Black Edition controls the throttle signals going into your stock ECU (Engine Control Unit) so that your vehicle instantly responds faster and accelerates swifter... or slower and more economically – depending on how you program the X-Pedal Pro Black Edition. The choice is yours.

Not sure I would ever want the throttle any touchier than it already is!! That's why MHD has a linear throttle option.....to make it less sensitive.

This thing will make it even more touchy!!

lol, I wouldn't mind if the throttle could be a bit more responsive, in drive.

It's smooth but compared to M mode, feels a bit lazy.

I don't think the throttle position mapping changes from D to M transmission mode......does it?

Im guessing it does, since in drive its laid back, in S/M mode its more responsive.

We've had these discussions before with the Other throttle boosters.

Just get your hands on an installation wiring diagram and it will be easy to figure out the maximum capabilities.

Are you sure that's not because of the more agressive transmission shift mapping? It's going to feel more responsive when it's holding gears long in S vs. always being in a higher gear when in D.

...just wondering.

There is a difference. Throttle Delay is less going from Drive to Sport/Manual. Stock rom table delay is pictured below. 0 is removing all delay

Also there is a difference in the Torque request throttle position's aswell though it's only minor.

But the throttle booster is not going to change these maps, only a real tune.

I never compared them side by side, but if I was to guess im pretty sure they both perform exactly the same.

This is a necessary mod on the 335i. Makes the car more enjoyable overall. Instant throttle response makes the car way more fun to drive.

I have the BMS one and love it
