Unhappy E90 Mechanical Problems

I have a 2011 e90 335xi sedan with a slew of problems. I currently have a few problems with my car. First one is the car is jerks forward and backwards whenever I initially put in drive or reverse without giving it gas, second weird noises, kinda sounds like something loose, I am hoping that the sensors came loose since my front sensors aren't working properly, third I keep getting misfires on cylinders 1,3 and 5, fourth, I get an error code for the DTML that says values are to great for the pump and fifth and lastly occasional long cranks.

I am having the HPFP replaced, I think the re-manned one I bought form FCP is faulty. I also ordered a DTML pump, coil packs. Not sure about the weird noise coming from the front of the car when I turn right or left while driving. Waiting to hear from my mechanic. The conclusion that I have come to regarding the misfires is that I had water that got into the coil packs somehow. My mechanic says it's because I took the vanity cover off.

I do have an MHD Tune (Stage 2+)
VRSF Downpipes & Street exhaust
AFE Intake
VRFS Intercooler

I have replaced the following parts with the exception of the ones mentioned above I think.

MAF & MAP sensors
Vanos Sensors intake and exhaust
Vanos Soleniods intake and exhaust
PCV breather valve
Water pump & Thermostat
Radiator & Expansion tank
Valve cover and gasket
NKG Spark Plugs
Coils packs about two times (Bosh) This time I ordered Delphi
Brakes and Rotors
Transmission tune up with new mechatronics
LPFP
New Fuel Injectors
Drive belt system
Vacuum lines

Everything that could go wrong with this car is going wrong. Next thing that has to be replaced is the heater core.

If I haven't spent so much money in parts and labor I would have gotten rid of this car. I'm in too deep now.

Any advice on my current issues?
