For my brothers 328 sedan it came with the passenger side mirror tilting down in reversion(power/mem seats). I had retrofitted bluetooth into the car and had to SG RESET the CAS and FRM with the new VO for the $639 bluetooth.

Bluetooth works but the next time I moved his car I noted the tilt down doesn't work. Compared the FRM to mine (both 2009 & FRM2) and the tilt town settings are the same. And yes the mirror switch has been checked in both side settings

FAHRWEG_BORDSTEIN_AUTOM to wert_01

Is there possibly another setting that I am missing?

Set the mirror switch on the drivers door to drivers side.

Thank you but as per my original post, I've tried the mirror switch on both sides: Still not working.
